Heart Attacks & Drinking Hot Water
I hope this information is useful.
This is a very good article. Not only about the warm water after your meal, but about heart attacks. This makes sense.. the Chinese and Japanese drink hot tea with their meals…not cold water…maybe it is time we adopt their drinking habit while eating!!!
Nothing to lose, everything to gain…
For those who like to drink cold water, this article is applicable to you. It is nice to have a cup of cold drink after a meal. However, the cold water will solidify the oily stuff that you have just consumed. It will slow down the digestion. Once this “sludge” reacts with the acid, it will break down and be absorbed by the intestine faster than the solid food. It will line the intestine.
Very soon, this will turn into fats and lead to cancer. It is best to drink hot soup or warm water after a meal.
A serious note about heart attacks: You should know that not every heart attack symptom is going to be the left arm hurting. Be aware of intense pain in the jaw line.
You may never have the first chest pain during the course of a heart attack. Nausea and intense sweating are also common symptoms. 60% of people who have a heart attack while they are asleep do not wake up. Pain in the jaw can wake you from a sound sleep. Let’s be careful and be aware. The more we know, the better chance we could survive…
Note:
Normally Keralite using the Hot Seeragam Water during their meal time. If we use Hot Seeragam water, it will give so many medical effect for our health.

Re: Heart Attacks and Drinking Hot Water.
There is no scientific or medical data to date that would support the information in this article. On the contrary,warm/hot liquid doesn’t aid in digestion, the acid in your stomach does. By the time the food reaches the areas in question, your body temperature will have warmed everything to the same temperature. If drinking cold water after meals was a major cause of heart attacks, don’t you think that the government would embark on a campaign to make it common knowledge? It costs the government mega bucks to treat cardiovascular disease and with soaring health costs these days, it’s not really in their best interest to allow thousands of needless illnesses and deaths. However, The information the article lists on Heart Attack Symptoms is very valuable and should be passed on. Also, one reason that many cultures prefer to drink hot water or tea after their meals, is that they need to boil their water to be sure that it is safe to drink. They also have teas that have many herbal properties that may aid digestion. It just goes to show that you can’t believe everything you read.
I am suffering from gastric & acidity problems from past 2 years & had gone for alopathy, homeo & ayurvedic treatment’s but not satisfied . then I started to take 2 glass hot water thrice daily at morning & at 4 p.m. & at 10 p.m (2 hours after dinner ). Got amazing results in only 5 days.
My digestion magically controlled . Also take hot lemon tea at 10.30 p.m.
nice article Dunn, i love it, i think it’s like asian habit, most asian people drink something warm like tea or just a warm water, you can see that if you where in Indonesia or India, look at the drink served at food stalls
nice article, i wanted to comment on Navek srednas’ comment. there are some good points in the comment but on the other hand we also have the huge scientific world, especially doctors that not always gave us the real tips on how to live a good life, besides if everyone was healthy the doctors wouldn’t have their jobs and huge salaries, think about it
