It is actually a problem of physics.
The lifting capacity of the crane is a major factor, but the position from which the item to be lifted is another.
Mobile cranes are generally designed to lift items which are around the same level, or higher than the crane itself.
When the item to be lifted is positioned lower than the crane itself, then additional measures need to be taken to account for the additional forces and moment that would occur.
Size is not everything – using one’s brains is much more important! ;-)

I think the last one is Photoshopped too ..
the Size of the crane is miraculously reduced and the arms are also not shown…
Mobile cranes can also lift objects that are lower than the bed when the arm are out and locked. gives a 3 point support required.
