Olympic Accident

Hungarian Janos Baranyai’s first Olympics ended in agony after failing a lift and dislocated his right elbow in the men’s 77 kg group B weightlifting event during the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games on August 13, 2008.

Really sad to see atheletes injuring themselves in such competition. This maybe the last competition that he will participate.

I do some weightlifting at least twice a week, weightlifting is a very good exercise and it keeps the shape of my chest and shoulder muscles in very good form.~~~
