I have another form of the conditon called Meige’s Disease. Unlike Milroy’s, it is not present at birth but develops around puberty. My left foot and lower leg are deformed because of it and I have to special order an extra wide shoe because of it. Its caused by underdeveloped lymphatic vessles.
