Heart Shaped Cucumbers

Heart shaped and star shaped cucumbers.
How do they do it?

When the cucumber is still small

It is put into a heart shaped container and allowed it to grow

In Japan, they called it Heart Stick.
You can find it at a supermarket in Tokyo Midtown, Roppongi.

Heart and Star shaped when you cut them

Everybody would love it, don’t you think?

You can enjoy your salad with lots of star and heart shaped cucumbers.
It looks nice, right?

By the way, there’s a fruit which is naturally star shaped, the starfruit.
